The Evidence
All clinical trials located are presented in
Table 2

methodology and clinical relevance. Trials
are also further discussed in narrative form
to illustrate differences between studies and
in an attempt to assist in highlighting the issues
to be addressed in future research.
It was not considered appropriate to combine
the results of studies due to variation in
the population characteristics and in the
interventions.
